We offer a competitive pay scale system to our stylists. Our pay scale is based on experience, skill, sales and we encourage growth by offering competitive incentives and benefits. Through in house and outside education, we support our staff to grow in their skills and knowledge and compensate accordingly.

Education Opportunity

At Edge Hair, we strive to continually educate our staff through advanced outside education programs and training. Our staff varies in experience level, however we encourage professionalism and high levels of skill and knowledge to all members of our team.
Every year, we invite outside educators to our Salon. We also send our stylists to different hair academies worldwide to increase their technical artistry and bring those new found skills back to the salon to teach our fellow team members..

- Loreal collection class. World collection for 2010 spring/summer released from Loreal Paris class was held.
- Bumble and Bumble styling class. Official company educator came to teach for Edge team.
- SHU Uemura's New York fashion week collection class.
